Billing Rules
- Credits: FAIL = US$0 credits (no burn). PASS burns 1 credit only at issued Verify PASS.
- Pilot scope: Pilot is for proving trust on one live example, not for running a correction loop.
- Overage: additional kits above included volume billed at overage rate.
- Payment: Invoice (Net-5) for MMC; card or invoice for Activation.
