Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation terms for partners.attestlayer.com only.

This policy applies only to partner-account purchases and partner-program commitments made through partners.attestlayer.com, unless a signed order form, invoice term, or negotiated commercial document states more specific terms.

1. Core billing rule

  • Credits: FAIL = US$0 credits. PASS burns 1 credit only at issued Verify PASS.
  • If we miss the stated delivery SLA after PASS, credits auto-return + 10% bonus credits.
  • If we cannot deliver due to our fault, you may request a full refund within 7 days.
  • Delivery is considered complete when download links are provided on the success page and/or by email.
  • Hosted links expire after 30 days (links expire; automatic deletion) for Activation purchases; download copies are partner/customer responsibility. Monthly Coverage subscribers retain access to prior deliverables during their active subscription.
  • PASS gate: if an upload FAILs validation, no credit burns. Delivery SLA starts at PASS.
  • Recurring commitments: recurring partner programs may use invoice, card, wire, annual billing, or another approved commercial path stated on the governing order.

2. Partner-account boundaries

  • Unless AttestLayer separately contracts with an end customer in writing, the partner is the primary commercial counterparty for billing, cancellation, and refund routing.
  • Downstream customer remedies offered by the partner are the partner's responsibility unless a written AttestLayer document states otherwise.
  • Reserved-capacity commitments, minimums, or special commercial terms stated in a signed document override this summary where they expressly conflict.

Monthly Coverage cancellation and refund clarification

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refund for partial months.
  • Credits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Unused monthly credits do not roll over into the next month.

3. How to request review

Send partner refund or billing questions to billing@attestlayer.comwith the partner name, order or invoice reference, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue. AttestLayer may ask for additional information reasonably needed to validate the request and prevent misuse.

4. Cross-domain boundaries

This page is specific to partners.attestlayer.com. Direct-buyer refund rules belong to buy.attestlayer.com. Public verifier and registry access do not create a refund entitlement on their own.
